DELIVERY

Registered orders are processed upon receipt and shipped within an average of 2 working days by the Post Office's Colissimo service, to the delivery address communicated by the buyer when ordering.
You will find delivery times (communicated for information only) for each geographical area on the Post Office website.
Transport costs vary depending on the number of products ordered and are calculated at the time of ordering. They are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stipulated on the site.
Each order shipment generates an e-mail sent to the buyer, including a summary of the products shipped and the associated invoice.
Deliveries to PO boxes are not accepted.
Products delivered outside France and outside the European Union are not subject to VAT. The VAT deduction is calculated automatically when ordering, based on the delivery address provided by the buyer.
The latter must, however, be responsible for any import costs and taxes imposed by the customs authorities of the country of destination.
