DELIVERIES

Orders placed are processed upon receipt and shipped within an average of 2 working days via La Poste’s Colissimo service, to the delivery address provided by the buyer at the time of ordering.

Estimated delivery times for each geographic zone (provided for information purposes only) can be found on La Poste’s official website.

Shipping fees vary depending on the number of items ordered and are calculated at checkout. Unless otherwise stated on the website, they are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Each shipment triggers an email sent to the buyer, including a summary of the shipped items and the corresponding invoice.

Deliveries to P.O. boxes are not accepted.
Products delivered outside France and the European Union are not subject to VAT. The VAT deduction is automatically applied during checkout based on the delivery address provided by the buyer.

However, the buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country.
