Shipping and returns

Orders placed are processed upon receipt and shipped within an average of 2 working days via La Poste’s Colissimo service, to the delivery address provided by the buyer at the time of ordering.

Estimated delivery times for each geographic zone (provided for information purposes only) can be found on La Poste’s official website.

Shipping fees vary depending on the number of items ordered and are calculated at checkout. Unless otherwise stated on the website, they are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Each shipment triggers an email sent to the buyer, including a summary of the shipped items and the corresponding invoice.

Deliveries to P.O. boxes are not accepted.
Products delivered outside France and the European Union are not subject to VAT. The VAT deduction is automatically applied during checkout based on the delivery address provided by the buyer.

However, the buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The return period is fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt or collection of the Products.

You have 14 days from receipt of the last item in your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To do so, simply notify us of your decision to return by following the procedure described below.

From that notification, you then have a further 14 days to send the items concerned back to us.

The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned parcel.

How to return or exchange an item

Order delivered in France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, the Netherlands or Portugal

Go straight to our returns portal, or click “Make an exchange or a return” at the bottom of the page. Identify your order with its number and the e-mail address used, select the items to return or exchange: a Chronopost Shop2Shop return label is provided as soon as the request is accepted. The return fee, €5 from France and €8 from the other countries listed, is deducted from the refunded amount.

Order delivered in another country

1. Go to our returns portal, or click “Make an exchange or a return” at the bottom of the page.
2. Enter your order number and the e-mail address used for the order.
3. Select the order and the items to return, then wait for the return request to be accepted by e-mail.
4. Send the parcel back by your own means, at your own expense, to the address given below. You must mark the parcel “RETURN OF GOODS” with the order number and the reason for the return.

For any exchange, also use the returns portal and select the exchange option.

Return conditions

Return costs are borne by the User (with the exception of a Product defective upon receipt, or an error when sending the Product): deducted from the refund when the label is provided by the portal, at the User's own expense and by their own means in all other cases. The return is made under the responsibility of the User; SAS Etablissements Marcel cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or theft. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with their accessories, and in no case have been worn, washed, ironed, altered or soiled. Returned products that do not comply with these conditions cannot be taken back and will be returned to the User, at the latter's expense.

If returning from a country outside the European Economic Area, indicate a customs value of €0.

If these instructions are not followed, processing times may take up to 28 days and any re-import fees that may be charged to us will not be refunded to the User.

Return address

With a label provided by the portal, the return address is shown on the label. For a return by your own means, the return postal address is as follows:

SAS Etablissements Marcel undertakes to reimburse the User who has exercised their right of withdrawal the sums as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
