Refund Policy
EXCHANGE:
The User also has a period of fourteen (14) days to request an exchange.
In the event of an exchange, please contact us by e-mail indicating the desired exchange at the following address: contact@lestricotsmarcel.com.
First exchange mainland France/EU/UK/Switzerland: We cover the return postage and shipping costs.
From the second exchange and any exchange outside France/metropolitan/EU/UK/Switzerland: The means of return will be at the initiative, at the convenience and at the expense of the User (with the exception of a Product defective upon receipt, or an error when sending the Product).
RETURN:
The return period is fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt or collection of the Products.
The means of return will be at the initiative, convenience and responsibility of the User (with the exception of a Product defective upon receipt, or an error when sending the Product) . The return is made under the responsibility of the User, SASU Etablissements Marcel cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or theft. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with their accessories, and in no case have been worn, washed, ironed, altered or soiled. Returned products that do not comply with these conditions cannot be taken back and will be returned to the User, at the latter's expense.
Go to your customer account order section, select the order and the items to return, then wait for the return request to be accepted by email.
It is imperative to attach in the package a printout of the return acceptance email or to mark on the package “RETURN OF GOODS”, the order number and the reason for the return.
If returning from a country outside the European Economic Area, indicate a customs value of €0 .
If these instructions are not followed, processing times may take up to 28 days and any re-import fees that may be charged to us will not be refunded to the User.

SASU Etablissements Marcel undertakes to reimburse the User who has exercised his right of withdrawal the sums as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
